Perry Haas an I loaded the train kiln today at the Archie Bray as a part of the Cultural Confluence Symposium.
Perry is pretty much the best.
We crushed it together.
Glad to be a part of the team with Perry and so many other amazing artists.

Wild clay!!!!
On our first day we went into the mountains to dig materials. We then “built” some rudimentary “equipment” and systems to crush, screen and blend the clay. In 2 days we had it ready to work with. We made a body using half wild clay and half commercial materials. Everyone is really excited to give it a try. @archie_bray @culturalconfluencewoodfire
